If you're a mom-and-daughter duo that's ready to take part in some thrills, you'll find cardio-boosting activities aplenty. Why not start with an exercise class at a state-of-the-art fitness facility? You can take part in Pilates, yoga, spinning and sculpting classes offered onboard by trained instructors. Reserving in advance is recommended and there are fees for some classes, so check ahead.

Grab a post-recovery smoothie on your way to The Ride of Your Life, an onboard zip line experience that takes you 10 decks up! Mom, show your teen that you're still a daredevil by going first and flying out above the Boardwalk®. No reservations are required, so you can try this one anytime!

Get vertical on a rock climbing wall, where you can climb 40 feet above the deck, all at your own pace. If you're still ready for more, test out your surfing skills on the 40-foot-long FlowRider®* surf simulator, which has 30,000 gallons of rushing water.

If you'd rather get your adrenaline rush on outdoor waterslides, suit up and go to the only headfirst mat racer waterslide at sea: Riptide℠. A translucent tube sends you soaring through a twisting series of turns over the side of the ship for an exhilarating, water-soaked ride to the bottom!

Looking for more action? You can take a fencing or archery class led by seasoned pros, play a round of mini-golf or a game of tennis or jump into a bumper car at SeaPlex®.

That's Entertainment!

When it's time to get red-carpet ready before heading out to your choice of onboard entertainment, you can take your daughter to the new To Dry For℠ blow dry bar, where you can get a fresh blowout or try a new hairstyle or manicure. Royal Caribbean prides itself on offering a wide variety of live entertainment at sea, including the second-longest running musical on Broadway, "Cats," as well as smash hits such as "Mamma Mia!," "Grease" and "Hairspray."

Royal Caribbean also has its own in-house production company that brings you world-class, original performances in every genre, from aerial acrobatics and high-diving stunt shows to contemporary dance and musical performances like Sonic Odyssey.
