Diamond Plus members with 175 or more points and Pinnacle Club members with 700 or more points have the opportunity to choose complimentary amenities, which will be delivered once onboard. Amenities are distributed throughout the cruise, and it's important to note that not all items will arrive on the first day or at the same time. If your preferred amenity is out of stock, it will automatically be substituted with an item of similar value.
These amenities are allocated per relationship/travel companionship and will not be provided on sailings shorter than 3 nights. For sailings lasting between 3 and 6 nights, only one amenity will be delivered. The specific item delivered may vary, and we cannot guarantee particular selections.
To make any changes to your pre-selected amenities, please ensure you submit your requests at least 10 days prior to your cruise, as substitutions or changes cannot be accommodated once onboard. Members and their travel advisors can reach out to a Loyalty Specialist to select or modify their amenity preferences by calling (800) 526-9723 and pressing 9 during the greeting message. Remember, amenity preferences are based on the primary member's selection within the relationship. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Please note that amenities are delivered onboard only and will not be shipped to members after the cruise.
