Why do my Cruise Points appear lower than before, and why am I in a lower tier?

Your Cruise Points may appear lower because you have been removed from a relationship in our system. This can occur when you turn 18 and are unlinked from your parents, or as a result of changes in your relationship or household status. Your new tier is determined by your individual Cruise Points, which reflect only the cruises you have completed on your own.

For example, if member A has 55 points and member B has 80 points, individually, member A is an Emerald member, and member B is a Diamond member. However, if member A and member B link their accounts, member A would then have 80 “relationship” points and Diamond tier as well.

If the accounts are unlinked, Member A would revert to having 55 "individual" points and return to Emerald tier, while Member B would retain their 80 "individual" points and remain a Diamond member.
