Do I need to include my Crown & Anchor® membership number in my booking?

Yes, it’s essential to include your Crown & Anchor membership number when booking your Royal Caribbean cruise vacation. If you are booking directly on our website or app, be sure to enter your Crown & Anchor number. If you’re working with a travel advisor, please remind them to include it as well. Alternatively, you can call our customer service line, provide your booking number along with your Crown & Anchor number, and they will help you add it or retrieve it if you can’t remember it.

Your Crown & Anchor membership number is crucial for ensuring you receive all the recognition and benefits you deserve.

If you forget to include your membership number by the time of sailing, please bring it with you and present it to the Loyalty Ambassador onboard. They will assist you in adding your membership number, and your tier will be automatically printed on your SeaPass® card.
