We want our onboard staff to easily recognize you as a valued Crown & Anchor member. While your membership information is printed on your SeaPass® card, wearing your lapel pin increases visibility and enables our team to deliver the exceptional service you deserve as a returning guest.
A Lapel Pin will be delivered to you on the cruise following the achievement of your Diamond or Diamond Plus tier status. Each adult (18+) who reaches this tier is eligible for one (1) pin. We will honor requests for lapel pins not received within 12 months from the date of the qualifying cruise, provided they have been verified as unissued. Requests for lapel pins missing beyond this 12-month period will not be accommodated. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged pins in guests' possession and are unable to provide replacements.
Pinnacle Club members receive a personalized name badge, which will be mailed to their home address upon reaching 700 Cruise Points.
