How do I recognize exceptional service for a crew member?

Feel free to recognize crew members who make your voyage exceptionally memorable.
You can visit the Guest Services desk to increase the amount of your gratuities or reward a crew member with an additional cash gratuity at your discretion. Gratuity envelopes will be provided in your stateroom and are also available at guest services.
Also, you will receive a survey on your personal email after completing your cruise where you will be able to provide any feedback and recognize any crew member.
