Can a guest booked in a Sea or Sky suite purchase an upgrade to receive Star amenities?

The exclusive package of Star amenities is available only to guests who purchase a Star suite. However, several of the Star amenities can be purchased individually through the online Cruise Planner, including specialty dining, VOOM, the fastest Internet at sea, Deluxe Beverage Package and the Refreshment Package.
