Michael Goldner has served as Vice President of Revenue Management for Royal Caribbean International since January 2015. Goldner is responsible for the global pricing and inventory strategy across Royal Caribbean’s 24 ships around the world.
Goldner joined the cruise line in 2005 as an analyst in Revenue Management and has since worked in a variety of roles at Royal Caribbean and sister brand Celebrity Cruises. During his time, he helped develop the tools and strategies to maximize the brands’ net ticket revenue. This includes the implementation of the pricing and promotional strategies across all major sourcing markets. In his previous position, Goldner served as Associate Vice President of Revenue Management for Celebrity Cruises and managed the line’s strategic revenue plan that generated more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
Goldner received his Bachelor of Science in business administration at Miami University and his MBA in finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Goldner currently resides in Miami, FL with his wife and three children.
